Prospective CASA/GAL Volunteers complete a thorough 30-hour training course.  This class is completed online with a once a week meeting with our training facilitator, Annette.  The course is highly interactive and includes case studies to aid in the development of skills.

At the end of this training, you will be sworn-in by the Juvenile Court Judge.  You will then meet with your Advocate Coordinator to learn more details about our program specifically, and learn about your case options.

Below you will find each lesson's online training components.  You will meet with our training facilitator, Annette, each week to discuss that week's lesson.  Review the Participation Guide for each lesson to see what needs to be completed before each session with Annette.  Keep an eye out for emails from Annette about your training!
