Who We Are

What is CASA? 

CASA is the Court Appointed Special Advocate program. Our mission is to speak up for and support the best interests of abused and neglected children in the court system. We are a non-profit organization founded locally in 1994. CASAs are assigned to abuse, neglect, and dependency cases in Fulton County, Knox County, Warren County, Henderson County, and McDonough County of Illinois. CASA of West Central Illinois is a member of the National CASA Association, the Illinois CASA Association, the United Way of Knox County, and the United Way of Warren County.
